2. Eligibility

Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days. 749pub does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals.

4.4 Player Funds Protection

Player funds held in 749pub accounts are maintained separately from 749pub's operational funds. 749pub reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-period, players who have already claimed it will be allowed to complete wagering under the original terms.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 749pub account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.

749pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
